Always willing to help and i actually feel very well taken care of by the professionall staff. Most of my interactions have been with Phil and Scott, but they listen to me and make sure my concerns are addressed. That’s a very rare find these days. I had a cracked rim on my Kia - called Kia of Waldorf because I thot they would probably be my best bet in terms of replacing my rim. I was met first thing that Monday morning with a level of rudeness beyond anything I expected and a sorry ma’am, I can’t help you before Wednesday. Biggest mistake ever. LaPlata Tire has all my business from now on.

While I have had good service in the past at LaPlata Tire it is not the same anymore. After picking up my car from getting extensive front break work done, I had to take it to my regular mechanic for an issue that when he was looking found the caliper bracket bolts only finger tight. Not sure how that one got past anyone, but I am thankful it got caught.

First visit to LaPlata Tire was for a replacement battery, followed up a few days later with an oil change and AC service. The staff is both friendly and professional , not to mention very helpful. Meineke used to be my go- to , but followed Phil to LaPlata Tire—-not disappointed and will be taking my car there for all necessary services! Many thanks !
